Traineeship in the Shaolin - September, 2015

From 18 September to 08 October, 2015 team from the Federation Ulyanovsk region, sporting and traditional wushu, was trained at the Academy at the Shaolin Temple in preparation for 11th World Shaolin Wushu Championship, which will be held in 2016 in Zhengzhou - China. The training took place under the guidance of the monks of the Shaolin temple - Shi Yan Zhuang and Shi Xing Zhi.

During the period of study were taught the following disciplines: Shaolin Wushu, Taijiquan (Chen style), breathing exercises qigong and calligraphy is the technique of writing kanji. The classes were held jointly with representatives of the national teams of Italy, Romania and Canada. After the training course, representatives of the Ulyanovsk Federation passed the test and received certificates on completion of the course.

Signed a cooperation agreement with Zhengzhou state University. In the framework of the signed agreement - Federation of the Ulyanovsk region can direct to China to learn Chinese the most gifted students. And the coaching staff of the Federation will be able to continue training in their specialty. In free from study time, representatives of the Ulyanovsk Federation has visited a number of sights in Beijing, Zhengzhou, Nanchang and Dengfeng.
